WILD WELLNESS
A full day guided experience with Annie focusing on how our physical and mental wellness can be nurtured by connecting with nature. Starting with a half day guided walk through an ancient Scots pine forest, visiting a royal lunch hut and a stunning waterfall and Victorian bridge in the forest.
In the afternoon Annie will take you to the river for an invigorating wild swimming experience before cosying up by the fire in her wilderness tent with some hot drinks. A picnic lunch can also be included. Get in touch for booking and more information!
